Ancient Chinese noodle pulling

It was really hard to do it. We had to spin the dough around and twist it. We used special flour and had to let the dough sit after mixing it. Then we started to pull the dough by spinning it around like a jump rope. The dough got thinner and thinner until it was the size of noodles. Then we had to chop it off.
